Noah Lessner, LAPC
Hi! My name is Noah Lessner (he/him). I am looking forward to working with you! I have a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to therapy. By valuing the therapeutic alliance and prioritizing rapport, I create a strong foundation for client trust and growth. My commitment to providing a safe and compassionate environment is essential for effective therapy, as it allows you as the client to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I have experience working with adolescents and college students ages 12-24 and I work with adults as well. My integrative approach, pulling from a variety of therapeutic modalities, enables me to tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. This flexibility can enhance the effectiveness of the treatment and ensure that clients receive the support that resonates most with them. By utilizing different techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for identifying and changing maladaptive thought patterns, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation, positive psychology to foster strengths and resilience, and mindfulness-based techniques for self-soothing, I demonstrate I have a comprehensive understanding of diverse therapeutic practices. Overall, my methodology is adaptive and person-centered, which is crucial for fostering lasting change. My goal is to walk alongside you and support you in your journey towards healing.
