Debbie Kramer, LCSW (She/Her)
With more than 16 years of experience as a therapist, Debbie specializes in Perinatal Mental Health and is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through the childbearing years and beyond. She works with parents, women navigating infertility, high-risk or challenging pregnancies, postpartum anxiety or depression, pregnancy loss, and the many stressors that can accompany life transitions.
Debbie earned her Master of Social Work with a specialization in mental health from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has completed advanced training in Reproductive Mental Health with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Postpartum Support International’s Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care certificate program. She continues to deepen her expertise through specialized conferences and trainings on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy loss, and infertility.
Her approach integrates mindfulness, acceptance-based strategies, and ACT tools to help clients build resilience, reconnect with their values, and move through difficult seasons with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Debbie is known for her calm, steady presence and her deeply compassionate, nonjudgmental style. She creates a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported—allowing therapy to become a collaborative process focused on meaningful growth and improved well-being.
