Lee is a roll your sleeves up, gently dig in, and listen to understand kind of therapist. Relying on evidenced based practices, years of professional and lived experience, continuous learning, and collaborative practices, Lee will work to create a space that is unique to individual needs. The courage to address or change factors that are creating a lack of wellbeing in one's life will begin in sessions and continue between sessions, focusing on therapy as a process and moving toward increased wellbeing.
Lee is passionate about working with young adults and adults throughout the life span, focusing on concerns related to depression & anxiety, substance use, young adult & later in life adult transitions, parenting, and individuals who identify with the LGBTQIA+ community.
