Being human can be hard! Life would be so much easier if we always had all the answers. When we’re struggling, it can help to talk with a trained professional who is able to offer empathy, understanding, and perspective. We can get so caught up in negative self-judgment and criticism that it can be hard to see the forest for the trees. Casey creates a non-judgmental space so that individuals can see the possibility of growth and change. Casey champions an integrative, person-centered approach, and incorporates her experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.
