Katelyn Sun, LCSW (She/Her)

Katelyn Sun is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University.

Katelyn works with adolescents and adults (ages 12+) navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, grief, parenting challenges, chronic illness, and identity exploration. She has experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those impacted by the prison system, adjusting to college or parenthood, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Katelyn is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, clarify their values, and ultimately heal through their own power. She takes a warm, collaborative approach and incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and trauma-focused therapies, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to support healing and personal growth. Katelyn also speaks Spanish and is open to working with Spanish-speaking clients.

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending time in nature, playing sports, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
